Assorted people and animals

From Ashtead we journeyed by train north to York, where most of Jon's family lives.

The grandparents, Uncle Geoffrey, Fiona, Angela, and Jon picnic outside Pickering Castle.

Fiona (Jon's cousin) took us to see (and help feed) her horses. Tiger, an elderly white one, is nice. Polly (not shown) is rather tempermental.
