Observing at Mt. Hopkins

I went volunteer observing out at Mt. Hopkins twice this year, the first time for 7 nights in January, the second for 4 nights in June. Maybe I'll write up more about what I actually did - short version: I pointed the telescope at objects, and it took shiny pictures and/or spectra - but meanwhile here are pictures I took with my digital camera on my first observing run, and here are some iSight screen-shots from the second run. Laptops with wireless internet access and iSights make an acceptable, though somewhat awkward, light recovery device.
